I've got a mixed version Windows environment (98 - XP; servers and workstations), and many of my users are using PaperPort 7.0. Recently, the desktop app has just stopped retrieving scanned documents. They are there on the server but won't import to the users desktop. They have to be manually imported. I have tried reinstalling the app on these workstations and it works once or twice, but then stops again. I've tried to contact ScanSoft, but apparently the software was supplied with the Xerox 460s we use and they won't supply support for it.
I need a permanent solution to this issue as I've slightly more pressing issues (I've inherited a bit of a trainwreck of a network).
