Paper Size Letter -> A4

Hi all :)

My HP 4050 are installed on a Win2K Server US and my clients are in French. When I install my printers they come with Letter paper by default when they should be A4. Anybody with a similar configuration ? I can change it going in the drivers settings but I have over 800 users and I really would love it to work the way it should be...
