Paper Size in devmode

Hi i have a problem i use the devmode structure to get my print jobs details like paper size and all that and it works, but with the new pcl6 driver i get the original paper size but one of the options is you can select the original paper size to fit to another paper size like A4 to A3 i get the A4 size but not the A3 size, i do know there is a DriverExtra field but i dont know the structure for that and besides that does that driverextra field hold that fit to paper size option thanks

Alas, I have this problem too. I have Xerox printer reported a very strange papersize in DEVMODE (but its custom driver's Property panel shows right size - A4). This wrong side reported before or after by hand settings, with printer on or off. dmPaperWidth/Length fields are both 0...
As far as I know extra driver info has a proprietary format, it can't help...
All others (network) installed printers have normal sizes in its DEVMODEs (A4 or A3)...
