Hi,
This is probably a stupid question but any guidance would be appreciated.
This happens a lot and any workaround would be appreciated.
For example, Oki C5300 printer, one tray, which is set up to hold A4 Paper. User download doc or something similiar which has a page setup of Letter, User tries to print to printer, document wont print until the user manually over rides the paper settings on the printer itself.
I know the user can change the page setup or the printer tray cant be set to letter however both of these open up their own issues. Is there and "override" option on these printers that will not display an error on the printer if the document being printed is not of the same paper type available in the printer?
Thanks for any assistance, if you need more clarification let me know.
