paper jam coming on,no paper in machine at tray1

im getting a persistent paperjam signal coming on, no paper in machine, sensors and flags seem ok, it seems to be tray1 all the time, any suggestions please,Andy

if you have an optional tray try to replace the paper pickup clutch. left bottom side

Remove the drum and paper prehaeter. second most likely cause there is part of paper inside. question. Is this happend after sombody removed paper from the front cover.
