Pantone Textile colours for fashion design into Illustrator

Is there a way to download the Pantone Textiles colours into Illlustrator, as these colours are different to PMS colours and Illustrator does not have a library for Pantone textiles. Any help please.

I've never come across that particular swatch, although it is available as part of several commercial products - for example:

I don't know if there is a free download anywhere, and Pantone probably have licensing restrictions to prevent it. There doesn't seem to be anything on Adobe's site anyway...
