...the hexachrome library comes at a price...
...as you artwork is based on a two colour job, finally to be printed with spot colours, i would just use the standard library and apply a custom name to your colours used and back it up with a print purchase order specifying the pantone numbers needed...
...as long as your artwork is setup to use spot colours on two plates, you can get by with the libraries photoshop offers...

...is your print provider unable to mix two spot colours, making two plates to use on press, or are they strictly going to print your job using six plates?
