Pansonic TGP600 using MRG on NS1000

Hi Guys,

Has anyone had any issue trying to get the TGP600 to work via MRG.

Registered them on LAN, all good.

MRG knows its WAN

Getting no registeration attempts.

Panasonic have looked at config on both TGP and NS1000 and they say its set up correctly.

I'm thinking its the Firewall but unfortunatley I cant access this, this is setup via there IT.

The firewall is a Cisco Firepower 1120 on software v 6.4.0.4-34

They have set the SIP port to the ip of the PBX and set 16000 - 16511 to the DSP.

Anyone had experience of this type of Firewall?

Or is there anything else I might of missed, any advice appreciated.

Which version of NS1000 do you have?
On ver.7 Panasonic has enhanced security on SIP ext trought MRG

The SIP extension set to Local+Remote so those new secuirty measures shouldnt effect it, should it?
