PANSONIC TDA 600 CENTRAL CARD STATUS IS NOT TURNING TO NORMAL
not coming green light to normal status

Is it something that has just come up or it was working well before?
Old installation or new installation?
Were any changes made before that happended?

If the green light flashes and stops for 1 second and all over again, surely you have PSU-M PSLP1433 older than 10 years, it is a common malfunction for that model.
Replace PSU with new one or repair it.
