PANIC ERROR IN DOMINO 6.5.1 - HELP REQUIRED IMMEDIATELY

Hi All
After upgradation of lotus domino server from 5.0.12 to 6.5.1 the following panic error is occuring and is crashing the server automatically with generated the NSD file.

Hello,

Looks like you could have a memory leak. Make a backup of the notes.ini and strip the exisiting notes.ini in the Domino Programs directory. Then try and boot the R6 box. Also, did you intall it as a service? If so, reboot the server and see if you get the same message. These are just a few steps I would try first without getting too involved.
