Panel Processing Error while printing

Shen attempting to print sales orders I am getting the follow mesage:

PANEL PROCESSING ERROR

Error #13 File access mode invalid.
Screen DLG_quick in z/mas90/so/sowdba.lib.

SO-19xxx.soa does not have correct permissions.

I have Sage Mas 200 Version 3.50 with Seagate Crystal Reports 8.

As a result of this, the "print" dialog box on other screens is gone and replaced by what looks like a "report master" screen, where you have to use up and down arrows to choose printers, etc..

Any ideas?
