Panel and listbox

Hi,

I have a panel on aspx page and on the panel I have a textbox with label next to it. Now I added a Listbox to same line to the right of text box. The textbox drops down
or row expands to fit listbox since listbox is large in size than textbox height. I want the top of list box and textbox to be at top of same row. How can I do this?
