Panda Activescan results

I am trying to clear an infection on a user's PC and I get the following report from Panda Activescan:

Adware:Adware/Popper Not disinfected C:\Documents and Settings\LocalService.NT AUTHORITY\Local Settings\Temporary Internet Files\Content.IE5\0ASS65MQ\922_newinst_u26_b99.exe


The location C:\documents and settings\Localservices.NT Authority does not exist (?) on the computer. How would I clean the infection? I have already changed the view to show all hidden files... any Ideas?

You need to show hidden files and folders then look under the following:

C:\Documents and Settings\UserName (whatever yours is)

then Temp Internet Files\Content.IE5\0ASS65MQ\922_newinst_u26_b99.exe

I would also run a couple of other programs to make sure you are clean:

Webroot Spysweeper 14 Day Trial

Download it here:

Update the defs and do a sweep.

Also check this out:

Update it and run a complete scan.
