PanasonicTDE 600- Incoming calls,after greeting message,dial the extension, but getting reorder tone

Dear All,

Good Day!!!

We setup one Panasonic TDE 600, Connect the 2- Trunk Line, Trunk line is form of we have one modem which can convert GSM to Co-Line, which input in our CO Card.
Outgoing call is going normally.

But we are unable to receive the Incoming calls, Incoming landing in PABX, Caller can hear the Greetings message, after when dial the extension, caller is getting re-order tone.
Its happening always, but sometime we can receive the calls also.But most of the times caller getting re-order tone.

If someone have some settings, please help me.

What greeting are you getting. Is it disa or AA

Possibly its the dtmf tones are not passing through properly

The message from DISA, If caller calls to the Trunk line, Greeting message from DISA is heard by caller, and when he dial the desired extension, after few seconds he got the reorder tone. Kindly guide me if i can do any DTMF Settings or something else.

Have you pointed the trunk to disa number 5xx
Or yo a group with message in queuing

I pointed the Trunk to DISA Number, in DIL Settings!!! I am attaching the configuration file here for your reference.
