Panasonic with DuVoice

I have a Panasonic system - not sure what type but I think TDX? It is a rectangular cabinet with 2 8-station modules and a 4-co line module mounted to the basic cabinet; the phones are two-pair and you can have analog extensions if you make them as such.

I installed a DV4 on it about 2 years ago and quit using it for a while. We moved it and reactivated the DuVoice; the individual phones cover to voice mail but the automated attendant won't pick up. Any suggestions? Thanks.

OK - Sounds useful but I have no idea how to make that so. Did I mention all I have done with these is move them and add stations to existing boards? I didn't do the actual integration because I didn't have the software - I sent someone else out with it. So I guess my first ?? is am I going to need the software again to make it so?

you can do ringing assignments through the keypad its not a big deal.

I am guessing then that dil 1:1 has something to do with ringing options? And vm ext group fdn is the number they call to access voice mail? So what ringing assignments would you change? I know that each phone has a fwd/dnd button, and if they keep those flashing all the time, incoming calls to their extension forward to their voice mail and incoming calls to the main number forward to extension 100. So what ringing would I change to have calls to the main number go to a greeting and calls to extension 100 go to her mailbox?

its called dil day 1:1 and its pgm # 603. and supercedes what is in pgm 407.
in case it was a tvs you would enter 165 for each co line
and the ext 100 would have to be fwd b/na to 165 and have proper follow on id set!
