Hi all,

Have a KX-TDA600 with various wired extensions (KX-T7636 for example) and portable stations (KX-TCA285 for example) and there is no incoming call log on any of them.

Our CO lines never pass caller ID as we are at sea and rely on a VoIP service from our satellite isp so I can understand if Incoming CO Line calls are not logged since there are not details, however, I don't see any internal call (extension to extension) log.

Is this not a feature of the system or is there a basic setting which has not been enabled?

Have gone through the PC Programming Manual and checked all settings related to incoming call log:

Group Incoming Call Log Memory [Maintenance Console 3-5-1] - 10
Call Log to ICD Group for Answered Call [Maintenance Console 3-5-3] - Enable
Wired Extension Incoming Call Log Memory [Maintenance Console 4-1-1] - 10
Portable Station Incoming Call Log Memory [Maintenance Console 4-2-1 - 10

I cannot see the Lock feature for the Incoming Call Log / SVM Log that the manual refers to (Maintenance Console 4-1-1 and 4-1-7), to enable/disable the Display Lock/SVM Lock Feature.

The Incoming Call Log on both wired extensions and portable stations always shows "no entries".

I'd like to able to see incoming call log from other extensions (wired or portable) as we do a lot of internal calling and at the moment we have no way of seeing and therefore returning missed calls, or answered calls for that matter (would like to be able to see both if possible).

Thanks in advance for any help you can provide.

What version is the system, the NS and newer NCP versions log extension calls, think it is only in the latest version.

the TDA system stopped at V5 and I believe it was V8 when that came into the system

Thanks @obtsystems, looks like that may be the problem then, Configuration->Slot->Card Property - MPR [1-1] is showing me Memory Version 1. From what you're saying I can't upgrade beyond Version 5 anyhow so this feature is not available.
