I have a Panasonic VB-44210 phone on a DBS 576 system. Until a few days ago, any unanswered calls went to my voicemail. However, I think I might have changed a transfer function (ex. unanswered calls transfer to another extension), because my phone continously rings instead of going to voicemail.
Is there something I can do to the phone (enter a code, etc) in order to turn my voicemail back on? Or is this something that the phone tech would have to re-program? My voicemail still works if I turn on the "Out of the office", "Away from my desk" messages. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.
