When people call my business, they hear a personal greeting (Thanks for calling) but then the autoattendant picks up and says (Please enter your party ext. To enter by name press pound sine, if you are using a rotary phone stay on the line, to reach an operator, press 0) How to I remove all of that, and just keep my personal greeting?

Thanks,
Tommy

The greeting is in 2 parts, you have only recorded the first part, known as the "Greeting". You need to re-record the second part, which is called the "Custom Service Menu". When you go in to re-record, instead of hitting 1 for the Greeting, press 4 for Custom Servicec Menu. It will then ask you for a number. The default menu number is 1, unless it has been changed.
