Panasonic TVS200-HELP!

We need help! We have had this system for awhile and need help figuring it out. No one seems to know how to operate it, and cant find a vendor here in OC California to help. We just moved to a new location, and now our phones are not ringing. Any one have any idea or know any one in the are that can help us?

and click on find dealer and put in your zip . it is to complicated for an end user to set up.....with out reading the dox!!
