I recieved a Panasonic D816 KSU and a TVS100 voice mail. I want to resell it. I was trying to confirm that everything worked. I plugged a few phones in and tried to access the voice mail. No joy. The power light on the VM is flashing steady. Is that normal? I interfaced the VM to the Panasonic extension ports. Is that how it is interfaced? I called the extension number of the ports. I can hear the ring generator relays click but the VM doesn't pickup. Is there a common target number for the voice mail extension group?

165 & 166 are the default numbers for the voice mail I think and as senk1s said try the Panasonic Solutions Forum
