Hi All,
Pana TVP100
Please could you tell me if there is an option within a users mailbox to dial a digit to be transferred to a colleague? For example I dial a DDI and get answered by the users mailbox and they say "you've reached the mailbox of Joe Bloggs please leave a message or press 1 to speak to my colleague Jim".
There are about 60 x users and dialling 1 at each user/mailbox would go to a different destination.
If the above isn't possible could you advise on the nearest alternative?
Thanks
Marek

I don’t think the tvp will do it but the tvm has personal Aa per mailbox which would do it

Hi Obt,
Thanks.
For your info it does do it.
I answered my own question by setting it up on test. Each mailbox can have a covering extension and the caller can dial zero at any point while listening to the greeting and get transferred to the covering extension that has been set. Obviously the greeting has to inform the caller to dial zero. It works well.
All the best.
Marek
