We're using a Panasonic KX-TVA50 voicemail connected to the KX-TA824 KSU

After the Company greeting plays thru (EOM End-Of-Message), the TVA system adds on for 20 seconds
"please enter your party's extension, to enter by name, press the pound sign and one."
Is there a way to make the TVA50, 'time-out-option', to transfer to an extn (i.e. 101)?
Can I disable that system message from playing after my 'Company greeting', ends?

Thanks for any advice.

The company greeting is just that. It should only say thank you for calling company x. It should then go to custom service. You record the rest of the message there. You can tell it to go to 101 if no digits are dialled

In port settings you have told it to play company greeting 1 and the service type is mailbox. That should be custom service 1
