Hello,
I have a Panasonic TVA-30 phone system, no TVM attached. I have 5 handsets setup to all ring by using an incoming call distribution group. In the DIL table all destinations are set to go to my ICD group.
The system has 4 analogue phone lines connected to the LCOT4 card... This is in a rotary line pool as it is a food service establishment.
What I need is this:
When someone on the hand set presses FWD/DND, I need all handsets to go to the external forwarded number as we use this for our after hours message. In the extension settings I have the destination number set in the Call from CO. In my class of service settings, I have the call forward from CO enabled. Also I have my trunk group set to the COS #1 where the forward is enabled.
So after scouring this forum, playing for hours I am at a loss as I press the handset FWD/DND button, it turns on but no calls are getting forwarded...
Is it possible I have the FWD Destination box set wrong? I assume I need to do: 9(to get outside) 111 (area code) 5555555 (number) so it would look like this 91115555555 or ?? I couldn't find much in the manuals, it just says Destination max 32 digits.
Can anyone offer me some advice? Is this configuration possible? The person who sold me the system said is was... and he has left me to figure this out. I apologise for my lack of speciality in this area as it is not my forte.
