Panasonic system TES824 auto attendant services is enabled and recorded message.
welcome message,Thank you for calling Company , if you know the extension number please dial now or press 0 for operator
if the user press 0 going to operator but when the user press the ext number not working any suggestion.

Under Prog 7.1 have you set DISA Incoming Dial Mode to With AA?
Then click on each Extension in the AA table and click edit - one at a time,
E.g
0 [Extension 101]
1 [Extension 102]

.
.
9 [Extension 108]
