Panasonic TES-824 Question 1

My Panasonic TES 824 has a welcome message that is played on all incoming calls.
The problem is that if the message is playing on Incoming Line 1 and at the same time a call is coming to Line 2, a new instance of the welcome message is not being played. Instead the caller in Line 2 waits until the message in Line 1 finishes and then the TES824 answers Line 2.

This is very irritating. Can it be changed?

you have to add the extra disa card, the system comes with 1 channel, and if you add the card you will have 2
