I'm working on a TDE100. I know I'm out of extensions even though I have available ports on my cards. I'm trying to install a Dt-543 phone. I have two 16 port Analog cards but on one of these cards I only have three SLT being used. I'd like to put the remainder of the ports out of service so I have more available extensions on my digital cards... just putting the ports out of service doesn't seem to do the trick, I can delete the entire Analog card and my DT-543 works but I still need the three single line sets on that card... Anyone know how to disable these ports to free up extensions?

Thanks!

Lisa

What size psu do you Have
How many [pre][/pre]digital phones do you have already

If you are over allowed number and psu is medium
Only way is to change the slt 16 to a dhlc 8 which will give you 8 digital and 8 slt as once the slt 16 in installed even pre installed it is counted
If you do change the card the system and card have to be v8 for the 5xx phone to work
