Panasonic TDA600 with KX-DT521

Dear experts,

I installed two KX-DT521 panasonic phone sets and they worked fine.
But I found one of them is telephone type was DPT (40V) but another was "No connection" ?

Anything wrong with the setup?

Hello,
What is the MPR and DLC16 firmware version?
the DT5xx series requires the latest firmware in the PBX.
You must have MPR fw version: 5.0030
And also it is necessary to have upgraded fw DLC16 to version: 8.001
