Panasonic TDA 200 PS Setup

Hi all, could someone please run me through the PS setup for the TDA 200, this is a continued problem from a previous thread I posted (

and I am giving it another crack.
I have setup divert to cell on the PS (using extn 301) but when I ring from my extn 843, I get a 'disconnect' tone for that extn, I've never done a PS so hopefully its something simple I've missed.
If required I could provide a DSYS file
