Panasonic TDA 200 Caller Id outgoing

Hi, I have a Panasonic TDA 200 (ISDN trunks)and customer wants Caller ID outgoing to be changed from private to display the number.
I have connected to the system with my PC and programmed the area I thought I had to change, but I can't get it to happen.
If anyone could help that would be great,

I would check if the outgoing caller ID has been blocked at the TELCO level

No it is not being blocked by the Telco, I changed some setting in BRI card properties that I thought were blocking it, do you know if there any where else in programming to change?

Only things are clip id in extensions settingd may need to be entered (depends on telco on if you put the full number or just the same amount the ddi uses) or outgoing clip has being restricted on the extension to check that set a button for colr on a phone and test if it is on or off.
