Panasonic Softphone

So I have a NS700 with the fancy Panasonic Softphone. This is registered and can and make receive calls. I have the softphone wireless xdp to the deskphone. Problem I have is if an interal call is made to the desk phone there is a good 8-10secs delay before the mobile rings and if the call is answered on the deskphone the mobile continually rings for sometime.

Any settings that I need to amend?

Is the softphone on the same internal network or external. There is no setting, only adding the softphone extension to be xdp of main phone

Regardless of whether on same lan or using 4g same issue. I thought it may have been sending the video header, but that's not the case.

Are you using the media relay?

yep i have put the wan address in the media relay.

Have you check the firewall rules?

What version of Softphone do you have?

yes fw has been checked port redirection translated to 5060. Version is whatever is availble on the apple store.

Is this a sip app?

I use MobileSoftphone on my Android phone and I have same problem since upgraded to ver3, the application is running very slow and unreliable.
I downgrade MS to ver2 and everything is OK.
