Two TDEs networked and call is received and answered by TVA200.
User dials extension of remote TDE. Caller ID is not presented.
Is/can caller ID be transmitted over network to Extension.
Local incoming CID is OK. Any call transferred over IP trunks does not display CID. Any thoughts?

if someone calls internally from one site to another is there extension caller id. if not what comes up on the display

I am told the extension number of the calling party is displayed.
If receiving calls they see line 016 015 etc.
Not on site at the moment plus building closed for the week.
Also when calling out from remote site there is a long delay. If they were to use a 9 and then outside number it works fine but I would like them to use a trk grp. I put 802 into the ars and can see them going off hook from the correct lcot, but delay is far too long.

how have you put 802 into the ars? that is a route number, if ars is setup dialing 802 won't make a difference if the lead number is told to go out a different route

what handsets do you have, pressing transfer or info while the call in ringing in could toggle the display to show the number

They have DT343, as mentioned I will not be onsite til next week sometime, will be able to do some testing.
As for the ARS I changed the carrier and this is what enabled me to use the correct trunk group. This was advice from another tech who had this working at another site.
IP TRUNKS 0 CH 802

if tva does a blind transfer you will get the cid.
