There was a red light on the status section & a beeping sound from the system.
After I cleared the error log, the light changed to green, but the beeping sound remains.
There has been no configuration that has taken place since installation.

Could anyone help me to resolve this please. My vendor has been uncontactable thus far.

from the pbx you hear the beep????
there is no buzzer at the pbx system

Save configuration back-up and default the system and see if the beep comes back.
Never heard that system beep!
 
You sure thats the pbx?
Theres may be dvr or other it stuff near?
