Scenario
Two Panasonic PABXs (KX-TDA100D & KX-TEM824) interconnected over a Microwave Link 89KM apart and working fine, the gateway in use are Level One VOI800X series

Problem
Extension users at either ends have to dial 9 to access external line (FXS from the Gateway connected to the trunk port) then dial the extension number at the other end.

Numbering plan
KX-TDA100D – 100, 101, 102 … 132
KX-TEM824 – 200, 201, 202 … 224

Required
I need to have the extension users at each of the PBXs dial the extension numbers directly without having to first dial 9 to cease the trunk line

NOTE
How would setting to pre-dial 9 via hotline affect a user who wants to make a trunk call to the PSTN?

I will appreciate any guidance in the right direction.

the 824 is analogue and is not designed to do that, what you have working is the best you will get with that system in the mix

The tda could do it to the tes if you use 2 in other system in number plan and tie table to route to the trunks for the connection to the 824

but not the other way around
