Good evening
Customer has a Panasonic NS700 with cards for 16 digital and 16 analogue extensions. Both cards have stopped working. I can open the web maintenance console and the boxes which show where the cards should be are blank. I tried to drag and drop the cards however just received a message error E036101 parameter error. I have looked at the list of system errors but still non the wiser.i would appreciate any suggestions however please bear in mind I am a sensitive soul so be grateful for them to be Panasonic related. Thanks in advance.
