Good afternoon

I have a problem with the above system. The system has two extension cards 16 port dlc and a 16 port mslc which have both stopped working. When I open the web maintenance console and open the configuration menu and highlight slot the extension options are both a light slate colour as if the system does not recognise the cards. I have tried to drag and drop the cards but got error messageE036101 Parameter error. I would appreciate if anyone could highlight a potential problem/fix. Thanks in advance.

At a guess, you need the Phone and Telephony Systems forum.
