Panasonic NS700 with Daisy HV Select/BT Wholesale SIP Trunks

Hi all.
I am trying to configure an NS700 with some Daisy HV Select SIP trunks (BT wholesale)
I have a guide they have produced and followed it however I am still gettin "Fault" when trying to register the trunks,
I have done port forwarding as requested, the only thing I can see I haven't done is change the port from 35060 to 5060 on the virtual shelf, I get an error saying this port is already in use.
I have however done a port redirection on the firewall to counter this.
Any advice would be great as I have never set these up before, I have always used gamma

5060 is used on sip extensions. You have to change that first then the sip card and reboot

Are they a non register sip trunk ( as peer to peer)

I got the ports changed and it turns out my SIP username was the problem as had invalid characters
