Bit new to the PBX game and seem to be a bit stumped regarding this issue.

I have an incoming call group x100 - in that group there are 2 extensions 201 and 202. Both phones are Panasonic IP NT630

The problem is when we receive an incoming external call or a missed external call nothing gets logged in the incoming call log of the handset
If I put one of the phones as the main DDI / DID table then the missed call is recorded.

I've tested a Yealink SIP phone connected to the NS700 and missed calls are recorded when I make this extension a member of the group.

Just seems to be any Panasonic phone that is a member of the initial incoming caller group doesn't log the external call.

Do I need to enable something to permit this feature?

Thanks

If telephone receives calls through a group nummber then make "Group call log" button.
In 3.Group /5. ICDG /1. Group settings / Group Log/Group FWD you can increasse call log up to 100.
