Panasonic NS700 - call divert simultaneous

Hi

Hoping someone can point me in the right direction.

When a customer calls our main number we would like the call to be diverted to another external number simultaneously so that both the main number and the divert ring. Is that possible? How might I achieve this?

System is an NS700.

If you have a mobile license you can set a portable station with it forwarding to external number and put it in the icd group, it will ring the external number at the same time as the other phones

Not recommended if using pstn lines
