Hi all

We have a Panasonic NS500 PBX system setup with SIP trunk.
Outbound calls are fine but inbound fail.

We have contacted the provider but they say that PBX isn't responding to SIP Options message.
They are waiting for 200 OK but we are not sending.

Where can we enable that in the UWMC?

Bellow is the capture from pbx where you can see providers req and PBX response.

Depending on the tip of provider register method. Are you using register or non register

Have you set nat on the sip trunk card

Is the sip card port set to 5060 as some providers wont respond to 45060

Port 5060 has to be forward to the system IP address on the firewall
