Panasonic NS500 Password Reset

I have got a new client, and just started to support them recently. They have 32 extensions and I would like to add additional MCSLC16 card to increase capacity to 48 extensions. However they do not know the password to log into the system. It was installed by a company that closed a few years back.
Any help to recover or default the password please?

Can’t on the ns series. Panasonic can reset it for you if you give them access

If you have a old backup you can change in backup and upload after defaulting the system

So unless I take the system back to default,there is no other way?
However will Panasonic do it at a fee or free?
