PANASONIC NS500 . My client lost the PROGRAMMING password , is there a way to recover it without resetting the PBX .

Try setting the switch to "SYSTEM INITIALIZE" and enter this password 0648826006.
After logging in, change your lost password.
Return the selector switch to "NORMAL" position.
