Panasonic NS500 MCSLC16 card FAULT-UNACC problem

Hello everyone;
Working with a Panasonic NS500 PABX and I am trying to add an MCSLC16 card in slot 07 but I am getting error: [highlight #EF2929]FAULT-UNACC[/highlight] is there anything I need to do, change the card to another slot or it is hardware limitation?
Please help been stuck since 2 days now. Thank you in advance.
