Panasonic NS500 - call forwarding when busy

Hello,

If a called party is busy I'd like the call to be
redirected to a preconfigured number. I'm doing as per the attached but nothing is happening.

PBX Configuration > Extension > Wired Extension > Extension Settings > Intercept Destination > When called party is busy

And I'm setting the number I want to be called when the origin number is busy.

Could you please advise what am I missing?

Did you remember to put in the trunk access code before the number(if it is an external call)?
