Hi Everyone,
I am new to this forum, but have been working with the Panasonic NS1000 for around the past 2 years.
When I took over this system it had always had issues with influxes in calls causing the system to drop the data links for all phones and take 5 minutes to re-establish them. This only really happened when we'd have staff come back from holidays and our provider was blocking what they thought was an unusual influx.
Well I have sorted that out with our provider, they now confirm before blocking us. But I still get the occasional "IP extension or trunk limitation over" issue.
We have a master site and slave site sitting in the same closet (we consolidated two physical locations to one).
I'm wondering if the slave that was setup by a telephony contractor is setup properly though. As it seems in Activation keys I have 100 total on the master site, but the slave notes there is 100 total but none are sitting on the slave site?
Could this issue be caused by IP softphone use, sometimes we have WFH users come on and off the system through the day depending on shift times.
If there is clarification needed, I apologize in advance. I'm not terribly familiar with this system and all its features.
Thank you!
