PANASONIC NS Duplicated Processor

Hi technicians I am working on a project with panasonic NS line equipment, and the client is requesting that the system must provide dual processor or redundant processor.
I would like to know if any Panasonic equipment does it? And if the licenses of the functions and users or media gateway I must acquire 1 for each processor, in a nutshell for each user I must acquire two licenses, to load them in each processor.
