Hi guys,
Really scratching my head with this - how do you download a custom service message FROM the PBX to your desktop? I've been looking in Utility/File/File Transfer PBX to PC, Utility/UM-System Prompts Customisation/Custom Service Menus and Tool/UM data backup but I can't seem to find anything that jumps out at me. I'm assuming it's possible as it's easy to download an OGM.
Any help would be much appreciated.
