Panasonic NS 500 delayed ring to VM

Hi Guys,
I need a solution for a following
1) call landing on reception group
2) After 7 rings if no one picks up , it should play the message" all our agents are busy kindly leave a message and someone will get back to you"
this message can be saved in any group or extension

i have the following setup
NS 500 with SD card.
The message is the same as above , there is no press 1 or 2 to leave a message...

The client is using this message or another group so cant change the message.. and this should play in lunch mode for this seperate reception group....

If using built in tvm with DSP card and memory sd card, set a group with the extensions required and make a um mailbox the same number as the group. intercept no answer to 500 or VM number if you changed it and set time to 20 or 30 seconds. put this group in ddi/dil table for lunch mode
