Panasonic NCP500

Hi I have quick question

Panasonic NCP500 with a PRI connection. The system is generating errors 391 and 305 all the time and I have calls dropping.

I notice on the system when the errors are generated the DLK (D-Link)light on the PRI card flashes for a split second. Whatever call is connected its drops. I have been onto the telecom provider and no errors are shown on their system. Also no errors show up on the PRI interface either.
Its intermittent

Can anybody shed any light on this for me

Possibly a faulty pri card. Have you captured or downloaded an isdn trace to see what happens

If there was 2-3 calls on the trunk. Do they all drop
