I have a NCP500 running 8 x SIP trunks ok + 25 digital extns.
I want to connect a SIP doorphone unit where I will need to send DTMF back from the
SIP device to open a door relay.
Installed 4 x SIP activation keys = OK
Set up 1 x SIP extension EXT 222 to simulate the SIP doorphone. This is working ok.
Except, that the SIP extension 222 will not send MF tones.
I understand why this is and have now installed a IP-GW as per Panasonic guide. Making the incoming = Inband and pointing it to my IPCMR 192.168.20.200.
Changed CO25 to = TG8 etc. Prog looks ok, but something must be wrong!
If I try dialling 808248(248 = Digital extension) it fails to connect.(CO not assigned)
In other words this virtual trunk does not work.

Error log is displaying code 322/IP-GW Gateway Registration Error
and also - Code 136 - IP extension or trunk limitation over.
(Not sure if this one is relevant)

Anyone out there had to set this up that works for me.

Thanks

Have you asigned some of the ip trunk licences to be gateway trunks
