Panasonic NCP500 Answering second call

When on a call and a second call comes to the phone it only tones. Is there any way to make it ring even if the set is off hook?

no, you can use delayed ring in a group to get it to ring a second phone after a set time

this feature using call waiting, just only tone & blinking intercom message lamp if you using DT series phone
